Erin Littlewood has significant experience supporting organisations to navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen governance, and embed sustainability into strategy and decision-making. An admitted solicitor, Erin is known for her ability to translate policy, risk, and compliance requirements into practical, values-driven solutions that deliver strong outcomes for business, people, and the planet.
Erin leads IEMA’s sustainability service line, building it from inception into a core offering spanning carbon accounting, decarbonisation planning, sustainability strategy, climate and nature-related risk, circular economy, sustainability accreditations (Infrastructure Sustainability and Green Star), and regulatory compliance. She has led high-impact sustainability programs across infrastructure and energy transition projects, including developing the inaugural Sustainability Strategy for Marinus Link and embedding sustainability into governance, procurement, and design.
Her career spans government, consulting, infrastructure, and national security. She has provided strategic policy and risk advice at senior levels, delivered time-critical briefings to executive and government decision-makers, and represented Australia in high-level international compliance discussions. Erin brings a systems-thinking lens to sustainability and is particularly passionate about climate action, good governance, and empowering women and girls to lead.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Outside of work, you’ll find Erin at the beach, trail running, or taking her girls on adventures in nature.
