She brings strong on the ground and consulting experience, delivering practical, regulator-ready solutions across environmental compliance, monitoring and management planning, with a focus on biodiversity, soil and water management, and mine rehabilitation and closure.
Kristen combines technical capability with hands-on project delivery, including environmental reporting, stakeholder engagement and regulatory liaison, and is experienced in implementing systems aligned with ISO 14001 to support effective risk management and approvals.
She brings a practical, operational perspective shaped by her previous career as a train driver, allowing her to deliver advice that is both technically sound and operationally realistic.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys puzzles, nature-based travel, volunteering and playing rugby league.
