Laura has experience across the extractives sector (including metalliferous and coal mining), energy, transport, Defence and government projects, with a strong focus on New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Based in Orange, NSW, she supports complex projects both locally and further afield, specialising in environmental approvals, impact assessment and project delivery. Laura is recognised for providing practical, well-coordinated and regulator ready support that helps clients manage risk and maintain momentum.
She has built her experience across Australia and New Zealand, working across a range of regulatory environments on large scale infrastructure and resource projects, as well as smaller quarrying and extractive operations. Her background spans consulting and operational roles, including with AECOM, Snowy Hydro and Newcrest Mining.
Laura brings experience in coordinating Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), managing multidisciplinary inputs and working closely with project teams and regulators. She also has experience in sustainability and environmental performance, including reporting and compliance frameworks, and is known for her collaborative approach and delivery of practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys running (road and trail), mountain biking, spending time with her family, and taking any opportunity to get to the coast.
