Olivia specialises in mine closure and rehabilitation, with extensive on-site experience delivering closure and rehabilitation projects. She has worked closely with operations teams to manage environmental compliance, oversee rehabilitation works, and support effective stakeholder engagement.
Olivia’s experience includes coordinating on-ground rehabilitation activities such as large-scale revegetation programs, undertaking environmental compliance monitoring, and contributing to successful closure outcomes. She has prepared and implemented key environmental and rehabilitation documents, including Rehabilitation Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans, Annual Reviews and Rehabilitation Reports, Forward Programs, and Rehabilitation Outcome documentation, and has supported site preparation for Independent Environmental Audits.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys training for and racing ultra-marathons.
